    I'd take a piece of 150 grit sandpaper and roughen the interior of the clamps to better grip the texture of the carbon fiber shafts. mine was drop shipped from the distributor.

    I have downloaded one. At $1099 retail it’s not asking a lot for a proper owner’s manual. It’s not like they’ve never included one before, I still have the one that came with my XTerra.     When the coil ears broke on my Xterra 705 they broke through the center of the bolt holes not at the base of the ear.     Coil Ear Repair

    Both the coils I have broke right through the bolthole the first week of owning them. I epoxied the piece bach on with some five minute epoxy then laminated the outside of the ears with a layer of fiberglass. Not pretty but still holding up 12 - 13 years later.
