    Received the Ziocom open ear headphones the other day. Charged them up. They paired up to the Legend within a few seconds. The LL icon was displayed on the screen. Air tests showed no delay.     I think the ones he uses are called Avantree torous. I saw them on Amazon but they are slightly more than 50 bucks. I did see a post on Detector Prospector about APX ll bone conductors. They list for 69 but have a 20 dollar off coupon. They are called Ziocom open ear Bone conductor headphones...

    I'm with you Picketwire, I use the vibration only feature. It doesn't attract attention and prolongs the battery life. All that extra connection stuff is just more to fiddle with and another thing that can break. Keeping it simple is the way to IMO.

    Those are the ones I bought. You got a better deal. I paid 15 something for them. They fit perfect, seem to be very scratch resistant. More like a phone cover. Don't pull the factory cover till you are ready to put the new cover in place. Good luck. Mark
