Anyone in the Vilano Beach-St.Augustine Fl,area?

Recently moved down from the Asbury Park, NJ area and looking to detect. Sure seems to me that there are way too many rules against detecting in city parks and schools depending on what county you're in (St Johns Cty) PM me if interested....HH

Silver and gold at the same time!

Very nice find. Keep the family going on future walks helps to ensure they'll be sharing in the excitement of the recoveries and in interest in hunting with their own detectors.

best settings for relic hunting with Nox 800?

Pretty much the same relics settings as Mark & Laplander, no advanced settings for me while living in central New Jersey. I haven't had a chance to detect since moving to Florida three weeks ago., so it'll be interesting to see the variations whenever the opportunity to hunt arrives. HH

Do you prefer the WM 08 module over the standard ML 80 phones?

Thanks for the range of opinions. So far using the standard ml 80's with no real complaints except they're a bit bulky.

    Best deep find silver coil???

Back in this forum's archives a couple of years ago, I commented how impressed I was with the detech ultimate 13 in depth., though heavier than the 11in pro stock coil. I found the target id off a digit with all targets when comparing coins found with the 11in pro stock coil. Since Safari...

Cal_Cobra MEETS AN INDIAN PRINCESS ON THE SPANISH TRAIL

Epic indeed. Congrats on a great hunt and crossing one elusive beauty off the bucket list. The countryside there is really beautiful. How far away from Nervous Nancy's district is this paradise?
  16. kschae4

The park that keeps on giving 1880-1856 coins my oldest yet in there.

Very nice saves. As much as I like the LC, the lock is a cool relic.

No Walker this time, but 5 surprises.

Nice hunt, DaveNV. Once again proving that city parks are never hunted out.......especially when one has a Nox to go at it.
