    E-trac headphone plug?

    Anyone ever have a problem with the headphone plug cuting out when you move the headphone jack while it is connected? If I move it up or down it will come back on. It does it with both set of heaphone's I have so I guess it is the plug?

    XL-PRO/G.B.?

    I was wondering if any here who use the XL-PRO in GEB/DISC. use manual Ground balance and lock it instead of auto? In the manual it doesn't mention using it in any mode except TR/DISC.I'm trying to sqeeze a little more depth as it is lacking to me ,But the ground here is pretty dry. Thanks.
