    Coiltek 10" x 5" coil for Equinox

Another difference 6' minelab vs 10x6" Coiltek is the sweet spot. Minelab 6" is in the center where Coiltek is at the front tip according to a youtube video. Waiting for my 10x6" also.

Do you have an idea on the price range of that SMF might be? I know it's just a guess at this point, but ballpark?

What happened to Nel coils for Simlpex?

Thanks for clearing that up for us Monte. A lot of us have been wondering since December when Nel had originally promised them. The 5" round Sharp would be great. Thanks again for checking.

15" coiltek on it's all way.

Yes it either works for you or it doesn't. A lot depend on what you hunt also. Well maybe the Coiltek 10x5" will do the trick for us both. (When we get them.)

15" coiltek on it's all way.

Saw one youtube video comparing Minelab 6" round and the Coiltek 10x5". This demo was for gold detecting. The Minelab 6' has the sweet spot in the center of the coil. The Coiltek 10x5" has the sweet spot at the front tip. That video liked the Coiltek better for gold detecting. They did not...

15" coiltek on it's all way.

My dealer only got 1 one 15" coil. That was almost a month ago. Also my dealer says that Coiltek will not give an estimate of when the next round of coils will be released. Pretty sad.

15" coiltek on it's all way.

The people I ordered from said Coiltek is moving really slowly on getting the coils to the dealers. They received 1 {one] 15" coil in. They said 1-2 months wait still.

    New Coiltek sizes released

Saw on another site that the 10x5" Coiltek coil is actually 9.4 x 5.3". That would make the depth a smidge deeper on this new coil. Really hope it does as well as, or a little better than, the 6" round Minelab coil. Am getting the 10 x 5 coil either way.

Any news on NEL small coil for Simplex

Yes Nel web site been like that since November. Pretty quiet. Wonder if Nokta/Macko shut them down.

    New Coiltek sizes released

Just talked to people I pre-ordered from. Don't even have a ship date from Australia yet. Once coils ship and arrive here, at least 1 month in customs. Say they ship by March 3rd, 1-2 weeks to get to USA and another 4-6 weeks before they are released from customs and hit the suppliers. Then...

    New Coiltek sizes released

It does get pretty good depth. This new 5x10' coiltek coil, should be a beast if it's anywhere near what the Minelab 6' can do.
