    Etrac Indianhead pennies and aluminum screwcaps

    Does anyone if the Etrac seperates,ID numbers these to targets better than the SE?In my soil the IH's and screwcaps come up with basically the same FE CO ID numbers.Thanks Bill

    First silver for 2009 chipped from Montana ground

    I was using the SE and got 2.41 clad, 3 wheats, and a 1942-d dime. The dime was at about 8" and I was using the x5 coil.

    Hunt & sen. test

    Test , trisd the sen. on 22 and can't get very deep, so on 25 to 28 will hit a 8" coin. All so tried sen. on aoto & mannual and can't see any difference in them. Hunt 4.78 clad, 15 wheats, watch was under steps, silver & gold teeth, and a 14K gold ring it hit on 09-09.

    Setting the meter on the Sov.

    Do you set it at 175 per the books intruction on a quarter or 180? On the chart Mike(Virginia) linked to the beach site are those readings (ID numbers) from a meter set up at 180?Thanks.It's frozen solid here,come on spring!!! Bill
