    Short hunt yields twins.................

    Didn't have much time for a hunt today, so I went to a local school yard and dug up two Rosys........just so happened they were both dated 1956-D! HH - Hawkeye Jim.

    Always meant to post this......the "Bryce" dime!

    This is the 1840 Seated Dime I won in one of the contests put on by Bryce this past winter........I put it in a 2x2 holder and titled it appropriately!     Pounded Park.........better half gets the best of me! :twodetecting:

    Went back to the pounded park today and took the wifey along............she always gets frustrated because I always find more and better coins than her.......well today she found two Mercury Dimes, a 1936 and a 1942-S to my one Merc, a 1917-D (missed it by one year) and a 1942-P War...

    Went back out to the park that's been pounded hard and all the older coins are really deep........but the Etrac can really sniff em out and I can't say enough about how great of a detector the Etrac is :minelab:..............was hoping for a couple of silvers, but I'm happy with the 43-S Merc...

    3 hour hunt.......one coin........another first!!! :super:

    Went back out to the ghost town today after work..........3 hour hunt produced one coin........but it's the first seated quarter I have ever found........an 1877 CC..........it's a little dark, but I love the crap out of this coin!!! :inlove: HH --- Hawkeye Jim.

    Relic kind of day.................

    Received permission to hunt an old ghost town site today...........no coins, but did find some relics...........crotal bell, some type of livestock bell (seems to small for a cow bell), a brass whatzit, an old skeleton key, couple small caliber bullets, rivets, and some glass fragments...

    Park hunt turns up Mercs........
