    Need help with ID

    The bullet is white with 2 rings,new or modern? The dime ,is it a good date? The melted piece is hard and has the letters ING on it as melt. found it with IRON also melted,I thought it might have been in a fire and just dumped

    Had a good 2 hours today.found a clad pennie,quater,dime-pictured. but found a bullet that is white in color and twice the size of a 22.cal it has 2 rings with signs of a rifeled barrel,what is it ?old or modern.
