    Ok so up to this point I have not used headphones much... is this wrong? Am I missing targets by using the machines speaker? Does using headphones save on battery life? Are there any cons or pros to using headphones or are they simply personal preference?

    picking up targets while discrimination null

    So last fall I played with the all metal mode cause I am thinking I am missing some things cause of discrimination nulling. Does the safari still give a good solid tone even if iron is discriminated out? I have had what I think is falling but if good targets just chirp instead of sounding off...

    false I.d. and tones

    So I have had my safari for awhile and where I hunt I have the good possibility to find two silver half dollars in the same hole.... my issue is tho that when I air test two silver halves my safari registers it as iron.. anybody else have this issue or am I just the unlucky one? I don't know...

    new to forum

    Hello all... I'm from west central illinois and I have had my safari about 2 years... found alot of silver with this machine.... mainly at only one location. Looking forward to the new spring to get back out and see what the ground freeze pushed up
