    Plugger's detector stands

    Does anyone use Plugger's detector stands on their GT? I am looking for something that will keep the control box off the ground when the machine is set down.     My GT is here!!!

    Just got my new Sov. GT this afternoon! Opened the box, put it together, put the battery on charge! I hope to try it out for a little while tomorrow afternoon. I'm sure I'll have a few questions for some of you experienced Sovereign guys before too long. Over and out for now.

    Meter or..not to meter?

    Many of you really seem to like using a meter on the GT. I think I understand why. But, is the only reason for it so that you can cut down on digging "trash"? Also, who all makes a meter for the GT?

    705 vs. Vaquero

    I know this is an X-terra spot. BUT...I have been in the market for a new machine for a bit now. Considering a Minelab. I have never used any other machines but Tesoros. How does the X 705 compare with the Vaquero in your opinion. Who has used both.
