    The Bluetooth on the 800 was picky so I enjoy the 08 module with earbuds. Tried a few Bluetooth but was hard to pair . The head phones that came with it pair nicely but they don't fit well for me.

    I use trond on my gold bug and have the TX velcroded to body and reciever on an arm band and use ear buds nice not tethered any more . 40 bucks or so no lag

    Setting up in a stream or river is challenging. Trying to get the right angle and flow. I always classified and brought back pales of concentrates and did in a controlled environment.

    As long as you get an back eddy over your riffles you are fine for water flow. Water flow and angle all come into play. If you classify to 1/8 . That is plenty I do 1/4 inch and the fines stick. I run a sluce in the water or a recycler on my driveway.

    The nice thing about the f5 was you could turn down gain and adjust sensitivity to make your foot print smaller when next to fences or other other objects. Good hunter not the best very decent though.
