    What coil for a V3i

    Be sure to check the V-null on the 10" you have now. It should pass at full sensitivity of 15 at least. Whites originally said it should pass at 15 with Turbo turned on, then changed it to just 15 w/o Turbo. My Detech 8x6 coil passes on full 15 AND also with Turbo turned on.

    The Ultimate 13 coil never made me happy. Skip the U13. I have the Detech 8x6 on every brand of detector I own.

    Yes, that is true. The coils that work on the Equinox does work on the Manticore.

    I am believing that Minelab has left us out to dry on those! The M8 should have been a natural here in the USA already. I will ride the stock coil and possible never buy another ML product. What sense does it make to give ML more money now?

    FBS Lower Rods

    The uppers are required to match that square rubber tip lower. I found ways to match some of my Equinox lowers, using scotch tape believe it or not. Minelab didn't make it easy.

    I wouldn't buy a Minelab Manticore until ML fixes the near invisible availability of any coil besides the stock 11 inch. It has been way to long about the optional coils. Too much money!!!!!
