    Pinpointers What’s your favorite?

Garrett Propointer II…. I’ve been using Propointers so long that everything else just seems awkward. I’m not a fan of push the button to change modes.Just give me off/on so I don’t push the button too many times and screw everything up. I also have a carrot,an Fpulse and have at times owned...

    F75 Coil Question

Way too many variations in soil conditions to accurately determine coil depth ability. I have pretty near every coil made for the F-75 and prefer the CORS Tornado for open field relic hunts and the Fisher 5” concentric for yards, parks and other trashy areas..

DST 9.0 vs. 9.1 Final answer

I’m pretty sure that you are correct. I tried this in an open field relic hunt and 9.1 was freaky quiet even with zero discrimination.I immediately went back to 9.0 so I could hear the fringe targets…

I believe the ferrous tone break is preset at 15 anywhere other than monotone.

    F75 question

According to Dankowski, when you switch to any tone setting other than (1)/monotone the discrimination automatically starts out at 15.There is an article on this subject under F-75 Peak Performance @ metaldetector.com

F-75 Ltd: Musket Balls - Best settings
