    I have been thinking about trying one of those. I need to sale some first, i have 8 detectors and now don't know what to keep or sale. If shipping wasn't so high they would be easey to sale, when you add shipping people don't want to pay that much.

    How dose everyone keep your coil from coming loose? I have the 10" coil on my Quattro and don't want to over tighten it. Hard to find good coils. Can i just add more washers? Thank for any help, flintstone

    Considering selling my Minelab Safari

    They are nice detectors, I just got a Quatro, if i knew you was saling yours i would talked to you. They are a little heavey, but they will go deep. If you have a place that you have cleaned out, take the Safari back over it and get what you missed.

    Hi SSS, Is the ground frozen? Here in KY. it is going to be 49 on tue. I think i am going to see how hard it is. I don't like to hunt when it is very cold.

    Yes, i tryed to find them even on Centervill and they didn,t have any listed. I will find something that is stronger and make anouther one. I think it would of worked if it had not broke.

    Finely got the Quatro,

    Confetrit, I made one of those out of plastic but it broke, it was to thin. I will try and find some thicker plastic. I think it will work if i can find something that will not brake. Can't use anything to thick. What would you think would make a good brace?

    Where did all the metal detectors go.

    One thing i think slowed all sales is postage. It is hard to add $30.00 0r $40.00 to the price of a detector used. Before you could ship for $18.00 or 20.00 . Now it is to high and takes two or three weeks to get one.

    Finely got the Quatro,

    Hi all, i got my detector, looks like new, works grate. It has the 10" coil. How dose everyone get the coil from flopping up and down. I don't want to over tighten. Is there a coil holder or something to put on it? The detector still has the plactic cover on the face, i think it was a demo...

    If you are talking about the Anfibio, I realy like mine. I haven't had a detector to hit dimes as deep as this one dose.
