    Just a little more help toward understanding the RX Gain and Discrimination sensitivity controls.

    D2 coil cover is one tight fit.... Any Help?

    I turned it upside down (after trying all sorts of other things) pu the edge on the top edge of a metal filing cabinet handle and hit it hard and it came off... and I will NEVER put it back on. The only coil I use a cover on is the ML Pro coil because it just snaps off and back on really easy...

    I just saved your settings to a file on my desktop. I am going to try it when I get my "i" upgrade. I also like the D2 coil. I prefer DD coils over concentric coils everytime... but everyone is different... the D2 is a good coil though! J

    First time out with V3i, its gonna take a while.

    I always have to run my RX on 4 or 5 EVERYWHERE I hunt I can go a little higher with the 4x6 but with the 5.3, 950, D2, and SEF 8x6 and factory sensitivity settings I have to run RX 5 or lower to get any sort of stability. However, I tried a trick that was recommended by Tony (in Orlando) to...
