    Here is a an 18" coil, I bought it for my v3i and actually used it a few times. Take a good shovel....or a bobcat...because this coil goes deep on bigger targets. I wouldnt recommend it for coinshooting in a sand box...but hey...who am I to judge....you could probably cover that volleyball...

    New V3i

    DX-1 is the only way to fly. SEF coil is hands down a better coil in my opinion than the stock D2 unit. Its all I use.

    Non Whites Coils i.e SEF

    Me personally, I am not a fan of the D2 coil. Plenty of guys love em and use them a lot, but I never could get used to pinpointing with it. The SEF coil that I use all the time is a breeze for me, it just fits the machine, it pinpoints like a dream and I find lots of good targets with it...

    Tesoro won't return emails?

    Sent an email to Tesoro several days ago, and have yeat to hear anything from them. Is the only way to get a question answered by them to call them on the phone? No luck at all so far, has anyone else had this same issue? LittleJohn

    WTB-Tesoro widescan coil for Tejon

    Looking for a widescan coil either 5.75 or 10 inch widescan elliptical coil for the Tesoro Tejon...let me know what you have layin around collecting dust. Also would consider a 12x10 SEF coil for the same machine. Thanks LittleJohn

    How good is the v3i for gold prospecting?

    Based on the coils that I have I will be using the 4x6 elliptical unless i get the motivation to spring for a new 10 inch elliptical.....we will be searching for specimen gold and small nuggets...so I think that the 4x6 would probably be my best bet, but I am certainly open to suggestions...

    Haven't used my v3i out west yet, but I anticipate that there will be quite a bit of ground balancing going on to remain at all effective in my hunts. The place where we will be hunting is very mineralized and the ground changes from one ridge to the next...often times even more than that...
