    I have a Nokta impact, and it seems to be very noisy. I tried both coils, but no change. Thought it might be a bad coil but must be something else. I can reduce the noise by lowering the gain below 45. any suggestions will be helpful.Thanks

    Thinking about a deus

    I am thinking about getting a Deus, but it does not look very sturdy, and might not hold up to swinging in rough areas. Is the coil strong enough to take a good bump on a rock or small trees. I would hate to pay that kind of money if it could not hold up to rough relic hunting.
