    Does anyone use the Manitore or Equinox for wet saltwater beach hunting and comparisons on the two.

    The low conductive program is in the Manticore sub-menu.----AT General works very good also. Low conductor for gold (mid to low conductors).-----You can learn about the Manticore programs in the owners manual---it explains the different programs.

    Mark-----I weighed mine on my (what I consider) accurate scales.-----My Manticore with 9" coil weighs 2 lbs. 8.8 oz.------My Deus 2 with 9" coil and Steves full carbon fiber shaft system (with no counter weight) weighs 2 lbs. 5 oz.----Coil covers on both detectors.--------Although a tad heavier...

    Differences between the Manicore and the E 900

    For the most part--I would agree with Mark.-----(IMO) the only "downside" about the Manticore is the LONG charging time.-----Performance wise---it's unbeatable!
