    Another day at the beach, used my AT-MAX and a very chilly, windy day with 40 MPH wind gusts.

    Found a small partially dry park next to me to do some detecting.

    All my usual spots either flooded or just too muddy but did find a partially dry park next to me to do some detecting. Got the usual junk, some clad and a nice thin Italy 925 necklace.

    That’s what I do as well , after a while with a lot of hours , you can pretty much hit on the target every time.

    I’ll second that, in my 70’s and the weight does make a difference, can really tell the difference with my detectors, also use the LG26 coil
