    Short hunt nabs copper.

    Well I have not been out for a couple of weeks. Took my son camping and had no time to hunt. That's ok cause we had a great time. Went out to look at a new job about a half hour from here and did a little drive around. Found this little park hidden from view. Only could hunt about a half hour...

    Well been hoping to find some bigger silver. Dug a 6" plug and saw a big silvery disc fall off the end and back in the hole. Heart stopped for a moment.1966 Kennedy half. Well I guess 40% is ok.     Got up at 5:00 Sat. and Sunday to hit a tiny little park in the center of town. Could only hunt until 7:30 cause the sprinklers come on at that time. Lots of wheats. Most 40's 50's. A 1945 P war nickel, 1920 Merc, 1953D Roosie, little bottle, plane wing, buttons and a 1832 LC found at around 10"...
