    Masking issues. There have been so many firmware updates over time, that they all have become diluted and foggy. Keep it in Beach Wet, even on dry ground, and it does ok.

    Nokta told us that they were working on another firmware version to fix issues with 1.09 , but absolutely nothing yet. That was aprox. 6 or 8 weeks ago, so I wouldnt hold my breath.

    Garrett carrot, Garrett black and Whites TRX are all great. If I had to pick just one, it would be the orange Garrett carrot. And Garrett's customer service is top notch.

    Well, if this were a poll, and if everyone who responded only got 1 vote, its no surprise that the V3i is the clear winner. V3i received 5 votes. XLPro = 3 votes XLT, MXT, M6 = 2 votes each Eagle II, Goldmaster = 1 vote each.

    Manticore test run!

    There was a Manticore youtube video filmed in Mexico a few days ago. I noticed the logo on the front has been revised, or updated. Makes me believe that they are finishing up the minor details, and a release will be soon!

    This thread has been interesting. I asked for a suggestion on what members felt was Whites flagship detector. Instead of 1 answer, most people who responded gave multiple answers! Thats a sign of a great company! Its a shame they are no longer with us.
