    Pinpointer for Teknetics T2 SE?

    I got a Tekpoint pinpointer with my T2+. It's a great pinpointer but it drives the T2+ crazy. I've tried changing the frequency and no matter where I set it it still makes racket. I've been using my Garrett pinpointer when I use the T2 and it seems to be a lot more quiet.

    How do y'all ground balance your machine? I usually just l hit the button and pump the coil and let the machine do it but I haven't ever manually ground balance the ATPRO. Do any of you manually ground balance?

    Giving the T2+ a try!

    I love mine, found lots of relics with it. Haven't really used the all metal mode much but the air tests I've donein this mode have been impressive. In all metal mode the target ID numbers only work up to a certain depth, with that being said this machine in All Metal mode will get serious depth.

    Looks like the Teknetics 15" coil is about 5 1/2 oz heavier with no cover. It's hard to pass up for $85.00 heavy or not.

    How is it as far as swinging it, is it heavy and hard to swing? I'm asking this because I thinking of getting the 15"dd Teknetics coil. If the 13" ultimate coil is heavy I don't think I will wanting the Teknetics coil because it weighs 28oz.

    NEL Thunder Coil for Garrett AT Pro

    I was considering buying a 15" coil for my T2 but I think the same thing would happen to me, I wouldn't ever use it. I only relic hunt and the stock coil is good enough for me in the woods. Good luck selling your coil!
