    Where to send pinpointer for new battery?

    Exactly. It blinks once every 4 seconds, telling me it's fully charged. I left it on the charger like this for a couple of hours 2 or 3 times just to see what would happen. Same thing. After about roughly 10 uses it just will not turn on again.

    Thanks! I have tried numerous chargers and outlets. It starts charging and immediately shows the full charge LED blinking. Then it only lasts for 10 uses or so, then just dead in the water with no low battery weirdness or anything. I may try it myself if it's not too difficult.

    My MI 4 won't hold a charge at all so my first guess would be it needs a new battery. I've been emailing with XP Deus support but the English is not great and I'm not sure what they're telling me to do (see below). Can anyone tell me where I should send it? I'm in Michigan.

    I think we're saying the same thing. It is a design flaw for sure. XP should pay Doodads for their design, then implement it into the D2 and send free replacements to those who have breakage. And yes, mine did break a week or so ago, and I bought the Doodads shoe. Now I'm not worrying about it...

    I had a Deus 1 that was 8 years old and never had any issues with it at all. I think the Deus 2 was rushed to market and there are a lot of things they were forced to overlook to get it out there.
