    Like Larry sead it mite be a bad coil, The VX3 has 2 filters a 5 / and a 12 if the Ground is Wet or a lot of minerals with the 5 filter defalt from the Factry you mite get some falsing??? Try the 12 Heaver filter?? It Helped me with my VX3, And yes lower RX Gain, If you have interferens...

    Well my Recovery Delay Was 30 I Like to run a Fast Recovery, I set it back to 65 stock in HI-Pro it still had a Cut off sound, Thanks Mickfin
