    Coil Cover issue with the 3030

    I have only been using the 3030 for the beach. My coil cover does not fit tight on the middle spokes at all. It fills with sand every few minutes. It really forgoes the light weight well balanced machine sales pitch. The detector will loose its fulcrum. We can't forget the weight factor either...

    GT overload shut down question...

    I was hunting last night and the GT hit on a iron piece and nulled and squeaked and just, I think shut off? I ran it across my scope and nothing but silence. I thought oh dead battery but I shut it off and back on and the next 3 hrs when uneventful. Should I be concerned?
