WTT Sunray Probe for 10X12 SEF

Want to trade for 10X12 SEF coil. This probe has been used on a SE and Etrac. Thought I'd keep it for a backup but would rather have another coil. It has been well used but is in perfect working condition. Will answer any questions or provide more pictures.

    More Silver Than Wheats

Got my new Sunray 8 inch coil today and went to a yard I've hunted many times with several detectors and coils over the last 3 years. Couldn't believe we missed these. They were all 7 to 8 inches deep in moderate trash with power lines nearby. Ralph's advice on coils was right on the money...

    3rd Hunt of the year 12 X 15

Spent a little more time with the 12X15 sef today, was starting to think it didn't like silver. Hunted a park that floods on a regular basis and the coins are real deep. The dimes actually gave a better signal than the pennies. Didn't take long to figure out sounds and depth meter was the key to...

    2nd Hunt

First time out this year and 12X15 SEF

Took the 12X15 SEF out for the first hunt of the year. Went to the park that Derrell and I beat to death last summer and hunted for a couple hours. Marked some signals with the Pro coil then switched to the SEF for comparison. Both coils was able to get all signals but one, which turned out to...

    Total for the year

This years finds from June to November. Most from beat up parks I've hunted for 37 years. Started with the XS then the SE and finally with the Etrac. Finds increased with each machine but dug less trash and more silver with the Etrac. Ended up with 50 injuns, a butter bowl full of wheats, 2 two...

    A Pair of Two's

Got to hunt an old house site close to home before the rain. It had only produced early wheats in the past but thought there could be oldies. This house site is on the 1874 and 1893 maps. Hunting in ferrous 2 tone produced a lot of signals I had missed with the F75. Had an bag full of brass...

    House Site

Finally got in to the first old house site of the season. The farmer actually mowed the wheat stubble so I could hunt. No date LC, 87 & 97 injuns.

    Todays Hunt

Hunted for a couple hours this morning at the same sunken deeper than heck park. Keep finding coins in the same small area that Derrell, Joe and I have hunted this summer. Am amazed at the Etrac the more I use it.

    Few Finds

Hunted the only park that I know of that still has some moist ground. Need some rain really bad. Tried to apply Bryce's settings to the Etrac with everything maxed out. I think it's gonna work.

    Upper Shaft

Will the upper shaft of my XS work on my Etrac? The shaft on the XS is the white one and the Etrac is black. They measure close to the same but the XS shaft is slightly larger. My Etrac probe is the older white kind and gets half the depth of the new one (black) on the XS. Thanks

    Pennies & Tokens

No silver but Etrac nailed the pennies today. 11, 13, 14 and 18 wheats, 90, 2-97, 2-98 and 07 injuns good for 5 cent tokens

    1st Half With The Etrac

Started out at a hammered park with some friends this morning but just couldn't find some "warbles". Think I was going to much by numbers instead of sounds. After lunch I decided to try the park that Derrell and I hunted a couple weeks ago and knowing all the coins were extremely deep just...

    Mixed Bag

Hunt 5 with the Etrac. Another park that floods occasionally and the coins are deep. The ground there is really hard on the injuns and wheaties. Have several standing libertys but very few in this condition. 28 SL, 39 merc, 36D buff, 02 injun and a bunch of wheats

    Etrac Day 4

Hunted with Derrell at a pounded out spot that floods on a regular basis so the setiment had really built up over the years. Most of the coins we dug were 10 to 12 inchs deep. The Etrac did a great job even on some injuns that were on edge. Derrell found 4 injuns in one hole and a couple...
