    Surprise find today!!

Hope you can nab one more silver to round out the take for the year FWC. But if thats to be it, one hell of a find to close with. Congrats on the Walker, IMO the most beautiful coin ever minted. And yours is in excellent shape. Well done. I was lucky enough to find one this year, it was deep...

    Equinox 15" Coil

Phillip, congrats on the new addition. I used it with when I had the 800. It hit deep but in my opinion pinpointing was a bit off. And I don't want to rain on your parade but I remember reading a few posts where there were compatibility issues with the 15 in. on the 900. Hope I'm wrong. Check it...

    Manticore headphones won’t charge???

Out of curiosity I dug mine out to see if they would charge. Like I stated I got my Manticore last Dec. Never charged them. In a couple hours they were fully charged and paired right up. Audio didn't sound bad, maybe I'll give them a try.

    Manticore headphones won’t charge???

Tim I have read due to the ventilated muffs I read they suck in wind or surf. I got mine last Dec. Didn't care for them. Left them in the box. Now I guess I'll dig them out and see if they will charge. At that time I still had my 900 and used the ML85s till I sold it.

    Double down pennies, some results

Dancer, I don't think it would matter much, wheat memorial or zincoln they doubled face value by weight. I hung on to my dug wheaties, didn't have as much as I thought. After 10 years in the hobby I only have a little over 9 lbs. If I tumbled them it would probably be a lot less. Huh ? Went to...

    Will/is Original Legend Discontinued?

No Dilek said the original Legend will not be discontinued. By the way I'm selling mine, a little over a 100 hrs. on it. Good price if interested. They are very good detectors. Been using the Manticore so have no need for it. Good luck.

    Double your cents

Just saw McDonalds is adjusting price's to counter the expected penny shortage. No more prices ending in 99. It'll be 0 or 25, 50 or so on. Now taxable items, that could get interesting.

    Silver shortage

Oh man, good luck. Maybe some old silvers got turned over. If it too rough maybe a small coil will get you closer. Quality over quantity I always say. May your next post come with bragging rights. Hehe. Again good luck.

    Silver shortage

DD I tend to agree with you, however almost all my outings this year have been to two heavily hunted city parks and they continue to give up silver and wheats, Ihps, Buffs and Vs, tokens and so on. It just proves you can't find it all.And all the wide eyed newbies that think they will strike it...

    Double down pennies, some results

Smart business move, Thats a million dollars that will be spent in their stores. As far as doubling the value, their mark up is so high they could have tripled it and still made a fortune.

    Double your cents

Tony, forgot to mention on my way in to the Giant Eagle there was 5 pennies in the coinstar reject tray, added them to my jug before I got in line.. Gotta love free money.

    Double your cents

OK , I bit the bullet. I had a little less than 18 lbs. total. Around 7 lbs. were shiny zincolns I had got back in change, the rest were dug memorials and crusty zincoln's I've dug over the last couple years. The coppers melt value is around 3 cents but the zincolns, well glad they weren't...

    Double your cents

Yes thats post 1982 weight. Headed there in the morning.

    Double your cents

Tumbling mine as I type this. Have about 35 lbs of dug memorials and another 10 lbs of zincoln change. So that will be about 80 bucks for a gift card from a store I shop at anyway. Other wise they would just sit. Too lazy to roll them so 2 for 1, I'm good with that. Now I have around 2 coffee...

    Thinking about getting a Legend..

The Legend is a very capable machine. As far as depth, here in Pa. have no problem hitting 8-9 inch coins with the LG24 coil. In Colorado it may be different. I have read you guys have some pretty tough ground. Learning curve is not bad but some have complained about the in-depth user interface...

Check out the new review of our RnB power-X Battery for the Manticore, Equinox, and X-Terra series machines!

Del, I usally average about 6 hrs a hunt, some longer, I run my backlight one setting below full and usually ATLC. To charge, between 3 & 4 hours, maybe a little longer sometimes.

Check out the new review of our RnB power-X Battery for the Manticore, Equinox, and X-Terra series machines!

silvercoinboy, IMO, well worth the money. I've been down the road of trying to jerry an external battery to my detectors. PIA . These R&B are made to fit, no muss no fuss, just clip on, plug in and you have all the power you need. I got tired of less than 6 hours run time with the backlight on...

    Legend comes through......

I remember back when it was first released they're were some crazy Ids being reported, mostly around water I think. Fast forward to Sept. of 23 I bought one. I think it had 1.11 or.13 on it. I have made all the updates since. Ids are accurate and pretty much stable in the dirt. And depth is...

    Silver Morning

Congrats on the triple silvers. My first three were a Rosie then a pair of GWs in the same hole. So far the Manticore seems to be a silver magnet. Well done and good luck. Mark
