    Pardon my ignorance, but isnt the Anfibio a single multi rather than an SMF machine? Wish they may made a few more larger concentrics even though they are harder to pinpoint. Are deeper in the right areas.

    XY program question

    I used the XY a lot when I first began using the deus a number of years ago. What I don't like is when you have say a coin and iron mixed it will show the iron squiqqle on the screen rather than the coin straight line so you have to listen for the right tone. I'd rather just listen w/o the screen.

    Hello all. New to forums and new to the ctx.

    Ironman your pattern settings are what I use 90% of the time but I talk to guys sometimes who believe the "deep" "trash" settings are OK but not really that crucial more a function of coil size on a double-d. What says ye? thanks.

    Will Deus 1 be obsolete?

    I haven't seen seen anyone say that it is actually deeper at all but but I have heard suggestions that that the ID is is better deeper. Perhaps someone can confirm.

    First a slight correction. The Deus 1 is a multi frequency machine but only does one kfz at a time. The Deus 2 is a simultaneous multiple frequency machine(SMF) that combines the kfz at the same time to gain the best tone for what you are hunting. I'm not one to rush out and buy the latest...

    XP Deus 1 & 2 Headphones/backphone

    I have 2 Deus 1's and will only use the Detectnix phones for both. Vastly superior IMO. I live in the deep south and a slightly warmer full size beats most model that will not stay on your head by a mile. I also use the Detectnix wireless made for the ML 3030 also.

    New to the CTX3030 and it is paying off

    Make a mental note. Always dig a 26 CO signal on an old site. Not even much trash fall here but on the 3030 a flying eagle cent does and they were only issued 3 years and i believe the last year date is really worth a lot.
