    Eagle lock

    I did a Google check on eagle lock company and found that it was established in 1833 also at one point in time it was the largest lock company in the world. If that lock has a patent # on it that would help date it.

    What is this thing? Has a spring in it and you can turn the wire in all directions.

    The cheap version did not have a spring in it the better version did have a spring in it.

    Beginner but serious with a hunting goal. What are excellent detectors to go down 24” deep? Thanks in advance for solid recommendations.

    If your looking for coins, there's no detector that will come close to 24". In my world 10" is my maximum depth.

    The only reason I would dig every signal is if I was in known good area and was trying to unmask more good targets by removing all the junk.
