    I know what you mean, my 2 cervical and 3 lumbar surgeries have been successful but I still have to go light. The Legend and stock coil are pretty much my limit.

    Before the Legend I tried the simplex, sounded too much like a goose so I sold it. Before that Several White's, Tesoro's, tried a Garrett Ace 350, didn't like to doorbell sounds. I miss the tones of the White's and Tesoro's.

    I used to have an Amigo II which was basically the same detector in the old configuration, always regretted selling it. It was a beast in tot lots, I could max the discrimination and get right next to the steel poles and still get the dimes and quarters.

    First Ring Today

    Trying out my new LG15 coil in a tot lot in park mode set on ground, got a faint grunt with a 6 ID and saw just a hint go gold color peaking out from the wood chips as I passed over it. It's a tiny junker but always fun to find a ring.
