    I never do any shallow wading but was wondering how the V3i handled the wet sand? Was there any setting that helped other than the factory preset ? As always thanks in advance for your answers ! Sonny

    Just wanted to say thanks for all your hard work that went into this. I took the 65 page document to Office Max today and had them bind it with a coil binder and vinyl front and back cover. I must admit it looks quite snazzy and will last a long time .Thanks again. Sonny

    D2 coil question ???

    My second time out with the V3i today and at the end of a swing or bumping into stubble in the field the detector would false. I do not have my coil cable wrapped too tight.I adjusted my gain down and it didnt not help in any preset. Is it just a bad coil ?

    Thanks everyone.................Can't wait to useit, hard to believe its as easy as turn on and go ! Safe to say in the wet sand use salt compensate and the dry sand use coin and jewelry . Thanks again !!!
