    Went back with d1 and x35 9 inch coil for boost mode and it excelled ,a good solid signal with no numbers and xy screen shows a horizontal figure which looks like coin deep..so needs a good shovel to dig it..fancy a x35 11 inch coil as well..

    My 3rd party clip seems infallible it always works but sometimes the coil cover impedes it’s seating on 9 in coils.gave up on xp clip long ago it’s a horror of bad design Clip from eBay at 8 quid

    I found High frequencies seem to zero in tiny bits of crapola,,when using the d1 oval coil so will try 4khz for depth in Deus mono

    Went back armed with 2 probes Nokta pulse dive and MI4 .the Nokta was silent and mi4 was buzzing on tiny bits i couldnt see.or find… Back with d1 And d2 to give it a thorough check again in case it’s deep gold target
