    Really workin for it these days. Got harassed too

    Man... I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel here... I had a couple great looking houses that yielded absolutely nothing and the whole time I was harassed by nosey neighbors because the house I was hunting was an unoccupied house for sale. I had permission so it wasn't a big deal but this one...

    Went back to pull some more weeds and put the 6" on

    Guess what I got... Nothin, zip, zero, zilch nodda. I figured there had to be more coins there amongst all the iron and weeds.     Headed out

    Got permission yesterday to hunt a home built in 1887... Well the tax records show 87 but the home owner says that it was built in the 1870's. Anyway... That as old as they come around my parts and there aren't many of them. Keep your fingers crossed that it hasn't been pounded or landscaped...

    This coin is really...really lost

    Got out for a short hunt today and turned up a 1900 one cent piece from the Netherlands. Thought it was a little weird to find a coin from the Netherlands turn up in rural Idaho. Also scored a WWII airmans pin and my 99th silver (war nickel) on the year. One more to go!

    At 104F the ground gets so hot the gold and diamonds jump out of it

    It was a hot one today but I toughed it out and scored 10.09g of 14k with some ice (the kind that doesn't melt). On a side note, guess who has an article in W&E treasure magazine this month :wiggle: I've never been published for anything.
