    Will Deus 1 be obsolete?

I'm not so sure. Do you remember a while back when Garrett introduced the Equinox? The claim was that the Equinox will make all other metal detectors obsolete. While the Equinox proved to be a really good detector, many other brands and models are still out there. Never be fooled by the hype.

    Well, the time has come......

Steve, so sorry to hear this. I can sympathize with you as I have that mess too. I have had two hip replacements in the past, a back, and carpal Tunnel in my right hand. If I might add, don't throw the towel in as far as staying as active as you can. I know it's easier said than done at times...

Very nice assortment of Saved History. Productive hunt indeed. I have a brass Enfield trigger assembly, almost looks exactly like the one you found. We'll Done, Digger!

    Rare Gardiner explosive bullet

I don't know if I'd be able to pull this up on line, but if I am able to find it, you'll see it. It was hard to believe that soldiers (even few), would wear something like this back then.

    Rare Gardiner explosive bullet

A gentleman I used to hunt with years ago, had been hunting a while longer than I had. He was a little older and was fortunate enough to hunt with a few of the "Old Guard" of relic hunters here in Georgia. He would slip in a hunt Chicamauga years ago. He was hunting a piece of old trench line...

Didn't know where to post, so I'll ask here..... It's about the forum...

If Uncle Sam asks for his cut on my found treasure, what's the old saying : "Nothing from Nothing is Nothing". Billy Preston had a song about it I believe. But then again, it could happen I guess. Nothing is really too surprising anymore these days. He may come up with an enjoyment tax. Tax on...

Feast your eyes on this one boys!

While I hate our Georgia summers with the humidity, I do like our Georgia Winter season.
