Well, the time has come......

The time has come, to 'hang up my detectors' for good. I'm getting rid of EVERYTHING M/D wise, as a package: One Garrett 1350GTA detector, one Fisher 1280X water detector that was overhauled by Fisher under warranty a few years ago and has been used maybe 3 times since, and they both work well, they've been stored without batteries. 2 sand scoops 1 long handled, 1 short, 2 hard ground digging shovels, and a carrying bag for the Fisher. Included also is a zip bag with extra detector battery doors, spring clips, etc..........Reason I'm selling out, is because this 'old Arthur' itis I have is slowly robbing me of my ability to walk. I STILL can walk SOME ok, but; ANY length of time on my feet is a lesson in 'PAIN CITY!'; and these metal detectors ain't good wall decorations.. So: Anyone in the market for some good used M/D equipment for land and water, HERE it is, the WHOLE shmear!!! I want to see this equipment getting used to find goodies!!! I have many great memories of M/Ding, and I STILL have a couple of my finds cases-INCLUDING an 1859 first year issue Indian Head penny that had a hole in it when found, and now resides on my key chain!! I'm thinking in the $600.00 neighborhood for the whole kit'n' kaboodle. OR, LET'S NEGOTIATE!!! i do not want to 'part it out'. For info, respond here or my e mail; marciaphelps698@gmail.com. Peace and love to all, amen!

Steve, so sorry to hear this. I can sympathize with you as I have that mess too. I have had two hip replacements in the past, a back, and carpal Tunnel in my right hand. If I might add, don't throw the towel in as far as staying as active as you can. I know it's easier said than done at times, but stay as mobile as you possibly can. The thought of ever having to go into a chair scares me more than anything ever has. God's Speed to you sir, and Don't let Arthur win. Life is too short.
