    Decent after work hunt

    Got off work early thursday and went door knocking at a few places. Ended up getting 4 wheats a suspended buckle, a 1942 merc dime, 1929 buffalo nickel, and a 1894 Indian penny.

    Rainy day hunt

    Had the day off and hit up a few old places, it rained off and on all day....... found several wheats two Indians 1903 and a almost mint 1904 and a 1905 V Nickel. And the old tire gauge. Nothing super awesome but better than working!

    A great day door knocking!

    Had a good day door knocking found a couple silver a couple Indians and a couple old nickels including a 1913 buffalo and 1873 shield nickel. I don't find many shield nickels at houses it was 2-3" deep still in the plug!

    A good after work hunt!

    Finally had a GOOD nite after work digging. Hit two farms and not even a wheat cent. So we tried one more and it was a good one! Got wheats a 1900 Indian. A silver Rosie, two mercs and a cool sterling personalized heart that says Martha looks pretty old.

    A few silver.......

    Met up with a buddy yesterday to do some door knocking and was able to get couple silver coins a sterling ring and two injuns. We hunted a couple old farms.

    first hunt of 206

    Finally got out for my first hunt of the year. Weather was beautiful I wasn't on call and had no plans. Found first silver of the year, a buffalo and 1890 indian. Felt good to dig again

    silver and indians from the field

    Hit a field site today that was on 1872 map. Got a 1894 Indian a holed 1867 Indian a burnt merc dime. And it the same hole I found the silver ring and what looks like a carved silver dime made into a charm. It is same diameter as a dime that is why I am guessing it was a carved dime.

    1813 silver from the fields!

    Hunted all day with my buddy in the fields. Finds were slim but still had a blast. You can just barely make out the date of 1813 on the back of the German silver coin. Found a few buttons and an arrow head laying on top as well.

    I haven't been out in weeks, ground is bone dry.....Hunted a buddies 1930s house got 4 wheats a 1917 merc which I scratched bad it was entangled in roots and the cool broach.

    Yesterday I did a door knock at a place I have knocked several times and could never catch them at home........well they finally answered and gave me the go ahead to hunt the yard. Wheats were everywhere and fairly shallow at 4-5" so it gave me the thought the yard has not been hunted hard...

    FINALLY no rain, and I broke my slump!

    After work I FINALLY got to go detecting. It actually was NOT raining. And I broke my horrible slump I been in. I dug MORE silver than wheats. Wow unreal. Also got a semi key 1917-D buffalo. And a neat set of wings. Just felt good to get back out!
