    Finds from a few old spots today

    I picked up stringfrenzy today and we Started off at an old ball field, man this place was picked clean, worked hard for 40 cents in clad, one wheat and a merc. There wasn't barely even pulltab signals there, someone hit it hard. From there we hit an old farm house, found 5 wheats a 1951...

    WWII Good conduct medal

    Ate breakfast at my in-laws this morning and afterwards I walked to the neighbors house, and detected their yard. Got some interesting stuff. No super old stuff and no silver, but I will gladly take the Good Conduct medal anyday over a common silver. It cleaned up super!

    A couple keepers from the park

    Hit a public area today after work there was virtually no high tones at all. Managed to squeeze out 4 oldies. Two wheats a 1917 buff and 1943 quarter.

    Knocked on a door tonite and the owner said NO. So I asked him if I could hunt the large curb strips in front of his house and he said that was fine.     Didn't really go on a hunt but went to a buddies to show him the ropes let him use my xterra 70 and while he was digging targets I was detecting around him and I pulled two wheats and this nice chunky sterling ring.     I risked breaking my silver streak by going to a public heavily hunted spot but I wanted to go early to beat the humidity.     Old farm gives up some silver

    Did an afterwork door knock at an old farm with Hollis Gaskill. Got 4 wheats 1909, 1913, 1914, 1919 and 3 silver. 1939 dog tag and a gold plated cuff link. Fun day!

    finds from turned up public dirt

    Saw some dirt turned up at a public spot and finally dry enough to walk on it today. Got 4 wheats earliest was 1913. Toasty 1886 Indian, and 1945 merc and one button. Not a bad after work hunt!
