    Another awesome hunt!

    Another GREAT hunt tonite! Buddy and I hit an area an old man told us about where a school used to sit and it paid off pretty well. Got a 1953 franklin half, no date standing liberty quarter, 1917 merc, 1896 Indian, 4 wheats and a tootsie car. Gotta get back there soon!

    $1.00 face value in old coins tonite!

    Silver spill saved my day

    Finds from today............ started on a couple field sites and they were a total bust except for the arrow head! Hit a small house and got a silver quarter spill, totally saved the day. Finished up at a small park and got one wheat and a 1907 V nickel.

    2 short afterwork hunts

    Last nite and tonite after work 2 short hunts got a few keepers. Silver quarter, war nickel, couple wheats. Thought the ring was silver because it rang so high but must be plated over copper. Oddball find was the musket ball in the park lol.

    Assorted finds from the weekend

    I hunted friday nite, all day saturday and a lot on sunday. You would think with all these stupid wheats, more silver would have shown up but I guess it wasn't meant to be.     Had a nice after work hunt. Hit a small farm house that sat on the edge of an old town. Found a 1924 merc, 1838 Large Cent, old token, one wheat penny, play dime, enameled hair Barrett, and plenty of trash that always goes with detecting old yards lol

    11 cents came home with me

    Hunted an old farm house today and a couple field sites with two buddies. The farm house gave up the barber dime, indian and 2 wheats 1917, 1919. I gave the wheats to the homeowner for his kids. Not a single keeper in either field site, Basically no conductive targets, so came home after 7 hours...

    How is the ultimate 13 inch coil in iron?

    I have a buddy who has been using the 13 inch coil in fields and he swears it works great in iron, he says it preforms even better in heavy iron than stock coil does, what is your experience?

    Indian, silver, relics....Climax in the field

    2 Silver..CW Infantry button

    Hit a public spot today for 5 hours. Dug a ton! $8.64 in clad, 5 wheaties, war nickel, and a merc. Surprise of the day was the Civil War Infantry button it was 2-3 inches deep. Makes me wonder if it was brought in with fill dirt.
