    Short after work hunt, couple silver

    Stopped at a small park on way home. This park has have up 20+ silver in last 5 years I've been hitting it. First dig was the silver war nickel then I got the silver quarter. On the way to my car got a 1910 wheat. Not a bad after work hunt!

    All my silver from 2013

    Here is my final pictures of my 2013 detecting finds, I saved the silver for last. I only got 94 silver coins this year, my worse yr in the last 5 yrs for silver count. But I had a blast, met a lot of new friends, helped a few new guys get started in the hobby. So I'd still say it was a good year!

    Decent Largie from the beanfield

    Drove up north to hunt some field sites with 2 buddies. We hunted 8 hours and only pulled four coins between the three of us. One buddy got 2 nice Indians, the other got a 1852 Largie and I got the 1848 Largie, flat buttons and couple misc relics. Fun day with friends!

    Another field, more indians.........

    Here is my finds from last nite. I started on a new field site that was gone before 1914. Indians are 1874, 1875, and 1891. The lock has a pat date 4.4.93. So pretty much has to be 1893. Corn stalks here are tall and bent down everywhere it's a mess and gonna take long time to cover this site...
