Any Compass Detector Enthusiasts these days????

Hey Beau61, just curious as to how many yrs you have been in the hobby to amass such a collection of detectors ? NOX VIDs for Gold Rings

WOW, that seems like really bad luck Felix. !! Out of all those nickels I would have guessed about 5-6 of those would have been a gold ring.. I think back, my ratio was about 1 gold per 90-100 nickels. Probably way worst now. I used a whites eagle II blue box for a few seasons. Almost...

WHAT WAS THE BEST F.SERIES FISHER EVER MADE???

I've had two models ; First was the f-75 yrs ago when they first came out. The claim then was its very "chatty". It was and I got rid of it soon afterwards. Yrs later I picked up a f-44, mid level unit, decent depth. I put on a nel sharpshooter coil and its still on to this day. It Id's...

Ya John, you seem to be really in tune with the vx-9 for sure. By all accounts you had a great season finding loads of clad coinage and jewelry to boot. !! WTG.. I was sooo tempted to pull the trigger on the 9 especially with the 25% off garrett was promoting, but since I really don't do much...

Here's maybe a crazy question, especially to all the old timers like me who've scanned the ground while detecting......

do you still make it a habit to keep your head facing to the ground even while in the grocery store parking lot, or school parking lot or home depot etc., etc. etc..... I can't tell you how many quarters, dimes and even a few dollar bills I've picked up floating around and lying on the ground...

I gotta give a huge shout-out to VA beach Max and Felix who helped me.............

WELL; maybe there are a couple variations of the same contraption. ?? I'm certainly not going to look a gift horse in the mouth. Carrying a 5 +pound scoop around a beach is not my idea of fun, and I'm sure this belt attachment will truly do the trick. I've been pass VA beach at least 25...

I gotta give a huge shout-out to VA beach Max and Felix who helped me.............

well the best description I can make is it's made out of aluminum, in the shape of a pare about 6 inches long. 2 slots on top where a belt would thread thru, and a j-hook welded to the aluminum piece... Max says to put some type of cushioning behind it to help save your hip.. Pretty cool. Mark...
