    coin detecting question

    Hi everyone Being new to metal detecting I have a question. Hunting coins, I am only digging targets that give the coin ding sound, show up as a coin on the target ID., and size b or c on the imaging. By using this combination am I possibly missing coins? Thanks Joe

    Any thougts about the Garrett GTI 2500 metal detector? I have reviewed several forums and have read about depth issues while searching in discriminate coins mode, indicating a maximum depth range of 4 to 5 inches.
