    Got out with a few buddies for a few hours yesterday for some digging. A piece of a spur and a flat button was my take minus the trash.     My boss got me permission to dig at this 1700's homesite and have permission to come back anytime, so it looks like a new spot for next hunting season. A worn large cent, 1800's , 1948 Washington quarter, a fork, surface find, were the best finds. Lots to hunt here and only hit a small portion ...

    Today's short hunt

    Got out for about 3 hrs today at my favorite spot. Digging was hard, going through roots and mud, and sinking bullets. Had a good time playing in the mud holes though. These were deep anyway but was hard digging. I was using the 13" coil, Deep HC, with my own tweaks. Thanks for looking.

    1880 homesite

    Got the ok to detect this 1880 homesite this weekend and will be using the Deus2. I've been eyeballing it for quite a while now. My son's mom knows the girl who lives here. NICE!! Hope to find a (or a few)nice old coin or whatever relics it gives up. I'll post up what I find. Good luck hunting...

    Got a 69 cal., roundball and a rivet of some sort....and a weird find. Some "Golf Dollar" condom wrappers. Buddy got 2 roundballs and 3 bullets, plus a little badge. Thanks for looking.

    Trouble reverting back to VO.71

    Went through the whole process. Got to the update screen and hit update...came up with "error" . It's stuck on the Update screen with the back arrow in the screen. It flashes back and forth to the XP DETECTORS screen when I press the back button but comes back to the update screen. Detector...
