    Frustrating and need to vent

    I have found similar digs here in central Iowa in parks in two towns. Some DS is using an 8" + - wide shovel to skim the top two in of dirt/grass and leaving a mess. I have notified both of the parks custodians to be on the lookout for this person(s).
