    Probably getting out of the business. The f70 cousin was selling for 180. I would pick one. Up but have enough junk hanging on the wall. Will most likely give my older detectors to the kids my wife teaches . Ld Para the kids need a good hobby. Concentration is paramount.

    Nice video so when discrimination falls of the unit sounds like it is in all metal mode. Your soil looks like alot of iron oxides. Does the machine have a dirt meter .

    Everything is different depending on soil conditions. In MN my f5 did very well . Slight mineralization depth was good . Black dirt one bar . In VA it goes from 2 to max depending on oxides in the soil. Gold bug does wonders were others Fail to iron . The problem with 800 eqx you have...

    No I have not found another detector for tid that is even close. Minelab is deeper but I don't jive with their tones. Just me. All have different experiences. All most all of my finds are gold bug. Once you hit the gray clay that is it. Most finds are above that

    At depth the strongest response takes over depending on target. Iron then strongest seems to prevail. There is not much separation when deep . If in a cleaner area you will find some deep finds depending on conditions. If ground minerals are and can be ignored your response will be the good...
