    Tesoro no longer in business

Two of my favorites are the Silver Sabre 2. Did alot of wading with that one. The other is the Eldorado Umax...super for kiddie lots or similar places.....great on charms and the like. One I never tried but wanted to is the Lobo Supertrac.

A Question for Beach Hunters using Minelab FBS (Safari)

Those are the two sizes I use with my Etrac. I would stick with the larger coil for coverage unless your beaches are really really filled with junk or iron bits. The 11inch has found me stuff deeper than the 8inch.

Ive been a bit out if touch with detecting these last years. Could someone tell me what happened to Tesoro? Ive had most of their machines, made alot of great finds with them. Does anyone do repairs on them now in case I was to pick one up again? Thank you, Neil

Largest coil for Original Excalibur 1000 BBS Tech

The 12X10 SEF is an awesome coil for Sovs and Explorers. The 12X15 SEF was to big for my liking.

    Troy metal detectors .

X5s were great on small gold. Found more earrings and charms with the X5 than any other detector.

Pick up a old cutlass II today.

Nice machine. One of my firsts was the Silver Sabre II, same configuration.

Attaching your extra coil to a lower rod ahead of time makes change outs quick.

Does Battery Power Effect E-Trac performance?

Just seen where Dan-Pa. a long time member on here has passed away!! Read it on another forum.

So sorry to read this. Dan was a great guy, a real straight shooter. Had several dealings with him over the years. RIP Dan.

Does anyone have any suggestions from personal experience on good places to sell found gold jewelry?

Lets say a gold ring I have is valued at $500 melt value by current prices. How much should I be willing to shave off that? I know about business cost and profits, but what kind of percentage can I expect a coin shop to offer or what percentage did they take from you? 5%....10%......15% Thank...
