    in COIN WORLD 12/5/05 issue is an article mentioning that jim found a previuosly unknown "good for 5 cents" token. coin world picked up this story from the Michigan Token and Medal Society. very cool! and probably more rare than the 1817/4 half found by the man with his rake! congratulation...

    i just viewed the x-terra video and am confused...

    from what i have read here, when using the x-terra 50, the coil is supposed to be approximately an inch above the surface. in the video, pat watson is shown at a US beach virtually scrubbing the coil in the sand. what's up with that? is there a difference whether beach or field or lawn...
