    No I primarily use hand digger like the Raptor model 31 C digging tool. I don't like the use of shovels in parks as I have used them before in some parks and was approached by angry parents telling me that their child fell down in one of my holes I left uncovered...

    Back in the day I had a Fisher F 70 and I thought it was Great. Light weight and fast as I could swing it , it would respond.

    I swing a xp deus 2 and I have bottle cap reject on and I do not dig zincs as there are to many. I do dig pull tab's, nickles, dimes, copper pennies,, and quarters and higher.

    Wow I took all the lead I had and gave it to Asian gal that used to come by going through the cans in the neighborhood collecting what she could. I think I had 8 to 10 coffee cans full of fishing weights that I had collected over the years.

    I had a Compass Gold Scanner pro. It was a good machine but I was limited to 3 hours of hunting before I had to put Three nine volt batteries in it. Sometime I look on E-bay to see if there any for sale.

    Wow John you are better than me. If it's raining out I do not go out metal detecting. If it's cold outside I wait for better days. If I feel like I could get sick I stay home.
