    Excalibur 1000 battery?

    Hi.I have an older(yellow headphones)excalibur 1000.I would like to get a new battery for it.Does the battery for the excal 2 work with my older excal?Would i be able to buy the alkiline battery pod for my older excal?Thanks for any help you can give. Scott

    HI.I'm new to this site but i've been detecting for 15 years and i'm looking to get an e trac.I'm looking at the at pro also.I hunt a lot of old home sites that have a lot of iron.I want a detector thats good around iron.What do you think?Etrac or AT PRO?I know theres lots of iron in some spots...
