    Prayer update.....

    Last Friday they took 16 biopsies and Praise God there is no cancer! I may have to deal with prostate surgery in the further because they said it should be a 20-30 at my age and it is 130. Still waiting on the results from my liver MRI. To God be the Glory!

    Had a lot of curve balls the last 6 months. Back in the fall I had to have melanoma cancer surgery. It was right by my right eye (stage 2). They put me to sleep and started carving. They also had to remove lymph nodes to check them. A plastic surgeon was called in because the how close to my eye...

    old park that I have hunted a few times a year for probably 10 years. Got those two mercs right where many people start hunting.

    Had to battle some frozen ground in spots, but had a good hunt. 2 mercs from one hole (1944 and 45) 2 wheats and a nickel all from the 50's. 60 clad coins, 3 jewelry items, and the neatest find is a brass nose piece from a 1853 model Civil War confederate enfield rifle. Gun pic is not my pic.

    E Trac and relics

    I have dug CW bullets well over a foot deep with the Etrac. If you drop it in a hole, there is no longer a halo around it. Did you have hot ground? We hunted a place in Orange VA that was so hot you could bury a quarter face up at 3" and not hear it.

    A blessing to share..........

    I would like to share a blessing in the midst of all the health issues I have had the last several months. On Jan 3rd we welcomed our newest grandson to the family. Here is little Levi. Other than a broken clavicle during birth (not uncommon) he is perfect. Thank you Lord.
