Oh, I forgot, I was just born yesterday, so I don't know how to tell reputable dealers from fakers....I've only been on the internet for 26 years, gee.....it was also on sale... now it cost $178 more. Maybe I better check that out too, it might have been TOO cheap

Thinking of getting a new detector, Equinox 600

Tried it out for just 15 minutes day before yesterday, to look at/get used to the controls...found only a nail. Got it back out today, for only 30 minutes, and found a 1928 penny! The oldest coin I've found here yet!

Thinking of getting a new detector, Equinox 600

Hi, I have a White's MX7, I like it, but want to try something different. I live in an old farm house, and mostly just detect around my house....I have no other places to go. There is tons of iron here, and I have to use the 6 inch coil on my White's, to sort through the iron. For some reason, I...

    Dry Ground

Hi ya'll... I have a White's MX7, and noticed when the ground is really dry my signals are all over the place. I use the six shooter coil, because at the moment the only place I have to detect is at my house, which is eat up with iron. I'll get a hit, and it shows...

Wedding Band found on Christmas Eve

I contacted a company that owned land I wanted to detect last week. It was folks that build sub-divisions, they had made a huge one right down the road, then bought a little 3 acres parcel, bulldozed the building (and old store started in the late 1940's) and put up one of their signs. I had to...

    mx7

My MX7 is the first White's I have ever owned....I like it a lot. I too use the 6 Shooter coil, around my house...there is so much junk/iron, I pretty much have to. I get lots of ghost signals, and had a hard time finding any coins until I got the six inch. Hope to one day get another permission...

    mx7

I just bought mine in May 2019, loving it...I haven't had a chance to try it in many places, my house, a huge coin spill at my mom's, and just went to an old softball field by an old church. I am disabled by back problems, so I could only hunt about a n hour and a half at the church, but found...
